Newly opened in the heart of downtown Chiang Rai, our peaceful yoga house is the perfect escape from the busy city streets. Our main goal is to help your mind and body connect, while you stretch, breathe, unwind and, of course, have some fun (!!) while practicing with our instructors from around the globe. We cater to a broad range of clientele, classes are always beginner friendly, as we believe ‘yoga is for everyone!’ You’ll be filled with pure gratitude and relaxation while elevating your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. ABOUT US

We fell in love with Chiang Rai and this wonderful old house in the middle of the city and decided to open Chiang Rai Yoga House. A happy house with drop-in classes daily and visiting instructors from around the world offering a wide variety of class styles. We wanted the house to be welcoming, peaceful and inspiring. We hoped to create a space where travellers and locals could come and practice YOGA, in a way that was open, accessible and even FUN. We would love nothing more than to help YOU connect to this ancient practice, connect with your breath, stretch your body, open your awareness and connect to the present moment. We truly want to make this world a better place for everyone and we can’t think of a better way to start then right here. So come visit us in our happy green house, we would love to welcome you to our home.

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

VINYASA YOGA

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Chiang Rai Yoga House attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
